This Returns & Refunds Policy sets out the extent of any returns & refunds between you and thealmamarket.co.uk By placing an order with us you agree to be bound by The Alma Market's Terms & Conditions
It is very important to us that you are completely happy with your purchase, Should you have ANY reason to feel dissatisfied with your product then please get in touch immediately so we have the opportunity to put things right. We appreciate and welcome all feedback on our products and service and are always striving for ways to improve customer service and standards.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. For further information on your statutory rights you may look to the consumer direct website or other sites such as Citizens Advice for guidance.
- Where an order has already being despatched or received by you, please follow this returns procedure. All Products, which are the subject of a cancelled contract, must be returned by you at your own risk and as soon as possible after the date you cancelled the Contract in accordance with our Returns Policy below.
Returns & Refunds
We do hope you love the item(s) you receive. However if for any reason you are unhappy with your item(s) you may return them to The Alma Market within 14 days from the point of receiving your item(s) and we will provide a full refund subject to the terms and conditions below. Please contact us as soon as possible (by e-mail or telephone) to notify us of your intention to return so we can provide you with a 'Returns Authorisation Code'. Goods should not be returned to The Alma Market without prior agreement.
Where goods are supplied in their original packaging, they should be returned in such packaging where possible. You will be required to pay for the return postage and packaging unless the goods are deemed damaged / faulty on receipt. Returns should be carefully re-packaged so items avoid damage in transit. Don't forget to enclose your name and our Returns Authorisation Code inside. We recommend you obtain proof of posting in case your item goes missing in transit. Please return any items to: The Alma Market, 57 Smallcombe Road, Paignton, Devon, TQ3 3TJ. Once we have received your item(s) meeting the returns criteria you will be issued a full refund. Refunds can only be made directly to the payment card or account used for purchase.
Orders returned after the 14 day returns deadline will not be refunded and you will have to pay for them to be retuned back to you. Under such circumstances you have an additional 14 days in which to reclaim the returned items. If your items are not claimed during that period of time, we are at liberty to resell the goods.
Please note that 'Tailor-made' or 'Personalised Items' cannot be returned if you simply change your mind.
